I didn’t lose weight but I Gained Muscle

Hi guys, I just feel like writing again and sharing some things here on the internet. Today I want to share my weight loss journey that I started since January of this year. My struggle in this journey is my diet although I already eliminated rice I still eat some bad carbs like white bread, cookies and burgers plus chips. In short I still eat my regular food except for bulk rice. 

Fortunately I still maintain my weight which ranges from 52 to 53 kgs, yet the size of my shirt is now in small and sometimes falls to extra small. My husband also notices my small physique since I landed here in Doha, Qatar. Yes I am here now, and this is another reason why I struggle on my diet because it is easier for us to order through phone in many fast food here than to prepare our own food. 

To maintain my weight I am now doing the Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Complete Workout which we can all view freely in YouTube, plus some videos of xhit daily. I am still recommended the 30 day shred by Jillian for starting to lose weight for a month which will help you gain more strength, endurance and some muscle. Then choose whatever workout you are capable to do (or enjoyable) for your health and weight loss.

Friday is my rest day since this is consider weekend  here in Middle East and if you notice my schedule for Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday seems a lot  but these videos were only short and easier to follow.

At the end of the day any strenuous activity can help you lose and maintain your weight so if you enjoy brisk walking, jogging, bicycling or swimming as long as you are active then do so and do it till you drop.
