Hi guys I just finished the Level 1 of 30 Day Shred of Jillian Michaels and wow its hard and difficult at first but I got to used with it along the way. Right now I am in my Day 4 of Level 2 and I think I like it more than the Level 1.
Level 2 is less of cardio than the Level 1 and more of strength, legs and abs although jumping rope is still present but less of jumping jack. Believe me I hate jumping rope as I mentioned in my previous post but now it seems easy for me now as well as the jumping jack. I think that Level 1 is to build more strength and prepare your body as you level up with this workout video and I am glad that I completed the Level 1 first (I think sumobra pa ako ng 3 days), now I am stronger than before (I can do the military push up now yeay).
Although I said that I like Level 2 more than the Level 1 there are also combination here that I hate also like plank with jack, plank and jump towards abs though you can follow the beginner for lower impact. I also hated to do the military pressed which gives me pain on my knees and sore in my thigh, but overall I like the Level 2 better than the Level 1.

By the way someone already notice that I am slimmer now than before (yesss) although I didn't expect much because I still haven't change my diet or watch what I eat (still no rice and maintain my 1200 calorie intake) but I added Tipco juice so I can have enough energy before the work out.
