Jessica Alba, Miley Cyrus: How They Dropped Their Weight



After Jessica Alba gave the second birth last August 2011 many critics are expecting her to gain weight but only stunned after seeing at 69th Golden Globe Awards held at Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 15, 2012 arriving at the red carpet wearing a glittery lilac gown made by Gucci. Jessica Alba was able to maintain her shape after 4 months of giving birth.

So how does she do it? 
Jessica says she had a hard time controlling it, eating only a portion of 1,200 calorie meals causing her to starves and she tries to drink lots of water everyday. She exercise everyday from 45 minutes up to 3 hours of intense cardio and core strengthening routine.

She also admits that getting motivated to work out are hard to achieve and so she was accompanied by her friend Kelly Patricof  doing the "Burpees" an intense exercise move just to keep each other on track of their goal.

Meanwhile Miley Cyrus just shred her extra bulge as seen at the People Choice Award, she undeniably slim down that wow the crowd. Rumored says that Miley spent an estimated amount of $50,000 on hired nutritionist for her to be able to trim down in no time, no matter how much it cost, as long as she will look good in preparation for her recent Hawaiian getaway with her boyfriend Liam.

  3. can i just starve myself to sexiness too? hay sana ganun kadali...starving is not effective kc ur metabolism will adjust after sometime based on ur daily food intake...

  4. That's my goal for the first three months of this year...loose more weight (although a part of me is hoping it would be faster). I just hope I can do more walking...

  5. i tried being Vegan for 2 months and I lost weight couple of days after being one :) and I lasted until now :D

  10. These ladies are probably not taking pgx daily and they have lots of rituals to follow in order to achieve their great bodies. The probably have nutritionists and gym instructor that teaches them what they should do.
